Hi Penny,
At my home, we drink more hot tea than coffee AND I don't really even know why ... my wife, Audrey, drinks her tea with sweetener and milk in it BUT I take my tea with just sugar or low-calorie sweeteners, except when I have a sore throat (in which case, I take honey in it) ... I just had to re-think the whole tea thing--am I less of an American for drinking so much more tea than coffee? ... hmmm? ... Mark

Here in the States, I've gone through a whole series of drugs for treating my depression, including Effexor and Wellbutrin but all that they ever did for me was make me more depressed and gain lots of weight (which greatly added to my chronic depression). Since I also have chronic pain, my psychiatrist suggested having the doctor treating my pain prescribe Marinol instead of the opioids that I was taking. Today we have cold weather, but we have sun too, so I have just been out for a walk with my dog, it is so peacefull early in the morning.
